Two years’ accounting or payroll experience required. Must have strong computer skills, specifically Word and Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail required. Deposit Documentation Specialist, Main Office, Lebanon (full time) Requirements/Relevant Skills: Minimum of two years banking operations or new accounts experience preferred. Must be highly-detailed and able to follow up and manage exception tracking. Requires excellent computer/keyboarding skills and proficiency with Windows-based file management (desktop, saving and moving of files). Must be familiar with regulatory rules and bank procedures related to deposit accounts (titling, trusts, etc.) Must be able to remember codes and relationships between codes when changes are required. Must have the ability to interact with employees and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays required. |
