Customer Service Representative, Leeville/Hwy. 109 Office, Lebanon (full time)
Responsibilities: Performs duties of paying and receiving teller. Performs branch capture duties. Stays abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers. Promotes and refers products and services of the bank.  Assists customers in a professional manner and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.  Participates in School Bank program which requires arriving at schools earlier than normal work time. Will be required to work some Saturdays and certain community events as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Relevant Skills:  Minimum of one year’s banking experience preferred.  Previous teller/cash handling experience helpful.  Should possess good ten-key skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle a heavy work flow of customers and deal with them in a courteous and professional manner in person or by telephone.

 

Customer Service Representative, Hartsville Office (part time)
Responsibilities: Performs duties of paying and receiving teller, and assists customers in a prompt and professional manner. Performs branch capture duties as needed. Stays abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies ensuring the accuracy of information provided to customers. Promotes and refers products and services of the bank and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Will be required to work rotating Saturdays. Position may work additional hours during peak vacation times or if another employee is off on extended leave, not to exceed 1,000 hours for the year.

Requirements/Relevant Skills:  Minimum of one year’s banking experience, ten-key and computer skills preferred.  Should enjoy customer contact and have the ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner whether in person or by telephone.

 

Human Resources Assistant, Operations Center, Lebanon (full time)
Responsibilities: Provides administrative and back-up support within the Human Resources Department.  Responsible for scanning, indexing and filing all personnel forms.  Reviews all scanning for accuracy.  Serves as back-up for departmental duties such as payroll, insurance, Workers Comp, etc.  Logs employment applications received. Distributes review forms to managers and supervisors on a monthly basis.  Manages employee service award program.  Assists with employee events, parties and special projects.  Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Must be able to work extended hours as needed.  Early morning and/or late afternoon hours may be required, sometimes without advance notice.

Requirements/Relevant Skills:  College degree and previous Human Resources experience preferred.  Two years’ accounting or payroll experience required. Must have strong computer skills, specifically Word and Excel.  Accuracy and attention to detail required. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.  Ability to multi-task.  Must be able to work with co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.  Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

 

Deposit Documentation Specialist, Main Office, Lebanon  (full time)
Responsibilities: Exception identification, tracking and reporting.  Reviews all new accounts for accuracy and notes exceptions.  Answers customer inquiries via phone in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Stays abreast of all procedures and processes as relates to new accounts, trusts, titling of accounts, stops, holds, etc.  Serves as a resource for branch personnel regarding account titling and exception management.  Performs special keying projects as assigned.  Looks back imaged documents as assigned and resubmits exceptions as needed.  Cross trains on all department functions as required. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Relevant Skills:  Minimum of two years banking operations or new accounts experience preferred. Must be highly-detailed and able to follow up and manage exception tracking.  Requires excellent computer/keyboarding skills and proficiency with Windows-based file management (desktop, saving and moving of files). Must be familiar with regulatory rules and bank procedures related to deposit accounts (titling, trusts, etc.)  Must be able to remember codes and relationships between codes when changes are required.  Must have the ability to interact with employees and customers in a friendly and professional manner.  Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays required.
