What is MyPixCard?
It’s just like a normal Visa Check Card, except you get to choose the photo or image that appears on the card. There are image guidelines, but as long as your image complies with those basic rules, you can create a check card that’s unique to you.
Who may request a personalized card?
Any Wilson Bank & Trust customer with an active Visa Check/Debit Card may request a MyPixCard.
How often can I change the image on my VISA Check Card (MyPixCard)?
As often as you'd like. Each time you change your card choice there will be a $7.95 fee applied to your account.
Will there be a difference in how my new card works versus the old one?
Not at all. Your new card will work just like the previous one.
Will my existing Visa Check Card number or PIN change once I request a MyPixCard?
No. Only the image of the Visa Check Card will change. Your card number, PIN and all other features of the card will remain the same. We do suggest that you destroy your old card once you receive your new MyPixCard.
Lost/Stolen/Replacement/Expired Cards
What happens when my card expires?
Check cards will be replaced with the same card design as your expiring card. The MyPixCard design fee will apply.
How do I upload my own image?
Please note: you will need to have Adobe Flash Player Version 9 (or higher) on your computer in order to use the card creator (the software can be downloaded free at www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer). Once you've opened the card creator application, click on ‘Upload Your Image’, and an ‘Upload Guide’ page will open. Then follow the steps provided there:
- To upload an image click 'Browse'
- A 'Select File' window will appear
- Locate the desired image on your computer
- Select the image then click the 'Open' button.
- Click the 'Upload' button to retrieve your image and start designing your personalized Visa Check/Debit Card.
How do I design my card?
Card customization is easy; there are three simple instructions to follow:
1. Upload the photo you would like on your card.
2. Customize the look of your card by enlarging, cropping, rotating or adding a border.
3. Once you are satisfied with the look of your card, click on the ‘Next’ button.
Can I edit my uploaded image?
Yes, you can. The MyPixCard image designer enables you to:
- - Change the size of your image
- - Rotate your image
- - Create a mirror image
- - Place the image where you want it to be
- - Add text
The quality of the image will be dependent on the image you uploaded. Wilson Bank & Trust will not adjust the picture. What you designed is what will appear on the card.
What if I am not happy with my design?
The confirmation page at the end of the process will show you exactly what your card will look like. If you do not like it, just go through the design process again. There are no costs for creating a design. The cost for ordering the actual card is $7.95 per approved card.

What does the format and size of my picture need to be before it can be uploaded?
- Picture files can either be a JPEG (*.jpg, *.jpeg), PNG, Bitmap (*.bmp), GIF (*.gif) or TIFF (*tiff) formats.
- The file size maximum is 10MB (megabytes) and at least 420x420 pixels. For best results use larger images with higher resolutions.
Can I change the image on my card?
Sure. And you can do it as often as you like for a minimal cost of $7.95 fee to change your image and have a new card issued.
How does my photo get approved?
Every submitted image is reviewed for compliance with our image guidelines. Each image also must meet our Terms and Conditions.
What if the image I submit isn’t accepted?
You will be notified via email if there’s a problem with your image, and you’ll have the opportunity to submit another photo. In most cases it may be as simple as selecting an image that isn’t trademarked or under copyright. You will not be charged if your image is rejected, you will only be charged if you resubmit another photo and it is accepted.
Can the image I upload to my card be my company logo or other copyrighted picture?
Yes, you can upload your company logo onto the card as long as:
- - the image/logo you are submitting was created by you,
- - you are the owner of the image, and/or
- - you have obtained express written consent from the owner of the image for the bank to alter, copy, print, distribute, prepare and use the image on your MyPixCard.

Do all cards on my account have the same image?
No, all cards do not have to. You may select the design of each of your MyPixCard.
How much does it cost?
A fee of $7.95 which will be deducted from your checking account each time you redesign your card. The same fee will apply when your card is automatically renewed upon expiration. If you do not want your renewed card to use your customized image, written notification must be provided to the bank in the month before your current card expires.
What happens with my image once I have uploaded the file?
Once your image is accepted, it is safely saved so as to enable its reprinting upon every replacement of your card.
Can I order a MyPixCard for my HSA account?
No, HSA accounts do not qualify for this product.
How will I receive my personalized MyPixCard?
Your card will be mailed to you via the US Postal service.
Will any financial or personal information be transferred to the design service?
No, we do not transfer or share any of your financial or personal information with the design service.
