Consumer Loan Assistance
- Customers may defer loan payments up to 3 months*
Business/Commercial Loan Assistance
- Business customers may pay interest only, or defer loan payments up to 3 months*
If you would like to exercise the option(s) above, you can do so by one of two ways:
- Email [email protected], or send us a message through online/mobile banking, containing:
- Your name
- Your daytime phone number
- Your loan option selection from the list above,
- Contact your local lender by phone.
After receiving your request, we will contact you within 24 hours with more information. Please make sure we have your correct contact information so we can get back to you as quickly as possible to expedite your request.
*In order to take advantage of these options, the loan must not be more than 30 days past due at the time the agreement is executed. WBT will not charge a deferral/extension fee for this agreement.
