1. CHECKING PROMOTION: To be eligible for the promotion, you must open a Business Checking or Business Interest Checking account online at wilsonbank.com/business/accounts before December 31, 2025, 11:59 pm Central Time, using the promo code “BUSINESSCASH,” or open the account in-person at any full-service Wilson Bank & Trust (“WBT”) office before the close of business on December 31, 2025. You must mention this offer when opening the account in-person. Minimum opening deposit of $100 required. The opening deposit cannot be transferred from an existing WBT account. To receive the $1,000 cash bonus, you must have a collected balance of $25,000 at the end of the third statement cycle which cannot be transferred from an existing WBT account. The $1,000 bonus will be deposited into the account when the third periodic monthly statement is issued after the account is opened.  Each monthly statement cycle varies. The first statement cycle may be as soon as the account is opened, or it may be approximately one month after the account is opened, depending on when the account is opened. 2. TREASURY MANAGEMENT PROMOTION: Once the account is opened, a WBT employee will contact you, approximately within one business day, to provide you with the necessary information for the Treasury Management Products. Fees for the Treasury Management products* will be waived for 3 months and the application fee will be waived for Merchant Processing. Merchant Processing fees still apply and will not be waived, only the application fee. After the initial 3 month period, you will be charged fees for the Treasury Management products in which you are enrolled unless you request to be withdrawn within the initial introductory 3 month period. MONEY MARKET PROMOTION: To be eligible for the promotion, you must open a Business Money Market account online at wilsonbank.com/business/accounts before March 29, 2025, 11:59 pm Central Time, using the promo code “BUSINESSMM,” or open the account in-person at any full-service Wilson Bank & Trust (“WBT”) office before the close of business on March 29, 2025. You must mention this offer when opening the account in-person. Minimum opening deposit of $100 required. To be eligible for the promotion, funds cannot be transferred from an existing WBT account. The promotional offer is only available for business purpose accounts. When a Business Money Market is opened under the above mentioned conditions, the interest rate on the entire collected balance will be 4.25% for the first six months.

After the initial introductory period, the interest rate may change at any time and will be paid on the entire balance based on the collected balance for the following tiers: (1) Daily balance range below $50,000 will accrue interest at a rate of 1.00%. (2) Daily balance range between $50,000 - $99,999.99 will accrue interest at a rate of 1.05%. (3) Daily balance range between $100,000 - $249,999.99 will accrue interest at a rate of 1.10%. (4) Daily balance range of $250,000 or more will accrue interest at a rate of 1.50%.
