Official Sweepstakes Rules-Nashville Superspeedway Race Weekend Ticket Giveaway-Facebook Social Media Promotion

Promotion Details: One set of four (4) Nashville Superspeedway Cracker Barrel 400 tickets for Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM will be given away via a Facebook (www.Facebook.com) social media promotion beginning on May 18, 2026. Entries can be made by commenting favorite driver answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Nashville Superspeedway post on Facebook on Monday, May 18, 2026. One (1) winner from eligible entries will be drawn at 8 AM sharp on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

No purchase or obligation necessary to win.
To enter: Any person age 18 or older can enter by commenting favorite driver answers on Wilson Bank & Trust’s Nashville Superspeedway post on Facebook on Monday, May 18, 2026. One entry is allowed per person per day (May 18 and May 19) for a limit of two entries total per person for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years or older. Sweepstakes winners need not be a customer of Wilson Bank & Trust. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, the entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to accept the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust as final in all respects.
Prize: One set of four (4) Nashville Superspeedway Cracker Barrel 400 tickets for Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 6:00 PM. 1 winner will be chosen among eligible entries.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: Odds of being a Sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be drawn from the eligible entries on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 8:00 am CST. If a winner cannot be reached or if a winner does not want his/her prize by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 5:00 pm by means of a direct Facebook message or Facebook comment. The prize will be forfeited and there will be another drawing for a winner to be selected from the eligible entries.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust, which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless Wilson Bank & Trust, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.
Limitations of Liability: Wilson Bank & Trust is not responsible for the printing of or any typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Wilson Bank & Trust reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes as determined by Wilson Bank & Trust in its sole discretion.
